Brevity, transitioning from its roleplay and script-building tools tailored for educational roleplaying pitches and presentations, introduced 'Win,' a B2B platform designed to enhance conversation training for sales teams, emphasizing a seamless transformation from old capabilities to new solutions.
Acting as the founding product designer, I spearheaded the design for Win's V1, launching it by early March, and continued to iterate by adding features aligned with market trends and user feedback.
This strategic pivot, focusing on advanced features, catalyzed our growth from 40 to 500 customers, increasing revenue 6X within six months, and securing $2 million in funding by late 2024.
